Arowhenua Wh?nau Services is a Kaupapa M?ori health and social service provider focused on delivering primary health, mental health, health and wellbeing, education, and social services to M?ori and non- M?ori wh?nau and wider communities. Their multidisciplinary team works with people across the South Canterbury region to strive for better outcomes for M?ori and the wider community.
They are seeking a full time Kaihaut? (2IC) (1FTE, working 0830-1700) to join their dedicated team.
This role has a focus on assisting in the effective day to day operation of the service, while contributing to the development of the service and its longer term outcomes in alignment with the strategic plan.
Reporting to the Kaiwhakahaere, the Kaihaut? will be involved in recruitment, health and safety, marketing, staff development, external communications, organisation, and overall operation of the service. Other key duties will include reporting, funding applications, project planning, and performance management.
